Description

This is the Eurasian Juggernaut (Ankylotitan Eurasiaticus), aka the Common or Cosmopolitan Juggernaut.
The most common of the Juggernauts, these massive stagenolepids browse trees across the plains and steppe of Eurasia. For protection, they bend their front legs, pushing their massive shoulder spines forward.

Name: European Juggernaut (Common Juggernaut, Western Juggernaut)
Species: Ankylotitan Vulgaris
Meaning: Common Fused Titan
Relations: Aetosaurs
Region: Europe
Habitat: Open plains; sparse woodland; maquis; warmer steppe
Length: 11 - 14 metres
Height: 4 - 5.8 metres at the shoulder
Mass: 2.7 - 3.6 tonnes
Diet: Herbivourous, non-exclusive.
Lifestyle: Diurnal, lives in herds of 12 - 28 members (both genders)

One of the larger animals to be found on the more spacious areas of Diff. Europe are the Juggernauts. The most common of these by far is the first discovered and first named, the European Juggernaut. Though not exactly the largest of the Juggernauts, they are by far the most widespread, reaching from Portugal, to South West Russia. Once adult they have few predators, as Europe is not quite a plentiful with Ubersuchids as the New World and Africa, and most Ursuchids prefer smaller prey. It is not unknown for them to be attacked by Khannic Ornlu, or an angry Gullinbursti. The young, on the otherhand, are seen as a filling meal prospect by most. Whenever predators are drawn to a herd by the prospect of young prey, the adults form a circle around them, bending their front legs and creating an intimidating protective ring of snapping beaks and powerful spines.
